Delivery & Returns

When will my order be placed? 

Online orders are accepted on our website 24 hours a day. The order processing will take place Monday - Friday from 9am until 5pm, our normal business hours, excluding bank holidays.  

What s the delivery lead-time and can I track my order?

We print to order so therefore have a 7 day lead-time from when the order is placed. The tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your wallpaper has been dispatched. Deliveries will be made by courier, so will ask you to sign for delivery. 

If you'd like to receive your order super quickly then we do offer an express orders service at an additional cost. Please contact us directly hello@printpatternarchive.com.

What is your returns policy?

Online shop: Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and unopened and in a saleable condition. No claims can be made after the cutting, or hanging process. Please check the wallpaper beforehand. 

Bespoke service: We are unable to accept any returns for our bespoke service. 

We will not accept, or refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in the wallpaper process, including hanging. 

How long does it take to be refunded?  

On receipt of your parcel we will refund within 14 working days. The returns process must be followed, any returns received outside this process may be returned to you. 

What happens if my goods are damaged or faulty?

Our goods should reach you in perfect condition and will be sure to put this right if not. Please contact hello@printpatternarchive.com. Please report damaged or faulty goods within 7 days. 

How do I cancel an order?  

We can't stop the delivery of goods once your payment has been confirmed, however all customers have 14 days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods and returned in perfect condition. We will refund the monies as soon as possible within 14 working days.
